I love that the staff were very nice and helpful. They readily checked us in and brought out enormous amount of luggage up our rooms. They were very helpful in suggesting places to ear and booking us a cab. The room was compact but were very nice, clean. The option to get just what you need at the lobby for amenities was nice so that you’ll take just what you need. I also loved that a Family Mart branch was just around the corner for some late night emergency needs or late night snacking. They were also quick to reply when we were inquiring about an item we were looking for.

Location - it's very close to the Sapporo station which allows flexibility of the trip. Value - definitely it's cheap compared to other hotels with the same requirement The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel is really good, within 5 minute walk from Sapporo station so very central and easy if you arrive in Sapporo by train. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Even though we had to check-in using a self check-in machine, the staff at reception was really helpful and guided us through the process (without speaking much English we made it all work). They were also super helpful on the day of check-out and stored our luggage for us for a few hours. On the 2nd floor there were public baths, several vending machines, a filtered water tab and a microwave.

- situated in a quiet street but within walking distance to Sapporo Station / Esta mall. Nearby the hotel, has 3-4 family mart/ Lawson. - coins laundry / free onsen ( which I didn’t use as I travelling alone w my little one) / ice pop after onsen - despite language barrier, the staff are ready to help and thanks for google translate, it is not hard to seek help from the friendly Japanese staff. - sumptuous Japanese breakfast but take note during winter time, last entry at 9.30am which it is recommended to go at 9am so u have at least an hour to enjoy the breakfast.

Happy to find a quad family room that can accommodate my family of 4. It's a small hotel but it has decent amenities and is clean. Staff speak good English and are helpful and polite. Hotel is near JR and subway stations, so pretty easy to get around.

Great location. 5 minutes walk to JR Sapporo Station which is the main station for the bus interchange and other shopping malls like ESTA, APIA & Daimaru, and has an underground passageway that leads to Odori Park and beyond. There are also many convenience stores such as 7-11, Lawson & Family Mart nearby. 2. Free Onsen

The hotel is not far from Sapporo station, so it‘s easy to commute to different places. The breakfast is reasonable, considered the price is not high. The onsen is not big but I am happy that at least they do have one as it’s difficult to have such service for a hotel located in the city centre.

All staffs were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not far from Sapporo station. However, it was hard to find for the first time. The hotel should show the access route between the station and the hotel on this website.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are receptive. Location is ok except for the noise because the hotel is near the train tracks. The breakfast is also good
